Awesome and absolutely fantastic staff, breakfasts were delicious.
We really enjoyed the hotel and London, had 3 great days there. We booked a room with a lovely bed, a Nespresso coffee machine, a balcony and a kettle. There was a particularly good view of the roof top. Our stay was value for money: D

Consider requesting a room with a balcony for a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee.

The breakfast was delicious and was always freshly prepared. You have to know that the breakfast included in the price is the best. You can order everything and get it freshly prepared and brought to the table.
There was no socket for German appliances and the hairdryer was not very powerful. The air conditioning was adjusted by the service staff (safe without bad intentions) and the towels were changed every day.

We appreciated staff and food here. Just a walk down to Aldgate East metro station, some 5 minutes walk. Personnel is loyal. Within 10 mins walk to tower bridge and next to other tourist sites.

Within a walking distance of aldgate east underground station. Such tourist sights as whitechapel gallery were next to the hotel.
Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good, only a few minutes walk from the Tower and the St. Katharine Docks (large selection of very good restaurants). Every attraction is easily accessible by subway and bus. The staff is friendly and the pub has delicious food.
Unfortunately we had a room to the street in the fourth corridor and so we could experience the noise in the first night, which was to be heard from the neighbouring cocktail bar until after two o'clock in the morning. That was the only thing we had to criticize.

would definitely book here again
The room had a tv, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and free bottled water. The bathroom provided quality toiletries, towels, bathrobe, and hairdryer. Breakfast was fantastic with hot items prepared fresh by an award-winning chef. The staff were super attentive and always ready to help.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Needed brighter lights inside the room. Room a little small. Good place to stay for doing business in London.
